no cell connection when wifi not available

my PM plan is lte and celluar wont load any pages when i am off wifi.  3 bars of signal but nothing will load but still able to make calls.  Is it a bad SIM card or ??

 @D2le : Can you check for mention of your data under My Data & Add-ons on your self-serve overview page. Maybe you've used all your data.

This could be an APN setting issue. I would suggest by starting here:  Set up data on an Android phone (publicmobile.ca)

Ensure data is on and your apn settings are correct. You can also try resetting your network settings.
