my email will not connect to the server

Just started with Public Mobile and I cannot connect my email, everytime I attempt to connect I get the message "your device had a problem connecting to the server" can anyone help with this? Thank you

Sometimes the system is just slow so it has trouble connecting. Try clearing your browser cache then login again. If it's still not working try again later.

Is internet working?  If not, you have to get that working first.   Does it let you check the email on wifi?
