Does anybody in moderator team care to read their private message at all?  I request to port number from koodo prepaid on Monday with several messages but nobody replied.

@yodachin  As others have mentioned there has been a high volume of messages so wait times have gone up. The best thing to do in your case is continue to use your Koodo prepaid sim until it stops working. Once it stops working it means that the port was complete. At that point just insert your PM sim card in your phone and welcome to PM.

They have also extended their hours.  Extended by 4 hours from 8am to 12 am M-F (used to be 9am to 9pm)

and 3 1/2 hours from 8am to 10 pm Sa-Su (used to be 9am to 7:30pm).

It may take some time. PM also has some dropped call issues. Hoping that they do get back to you eventually

It can take 48 - 72 hours for a response.  If there are any service or network issues then it be may take longer.
