SMS messages come up as no number available on Dodge uconnect. However before swtiching to Public Mobile it would announce a name or number. Any suggestions to fix?
@CalvinDennis, have you set up the new phone? Was there any phone resets when switching service? Things like adding accounts, migrating contact lists are important to the identity of SMS and phone calls.
When incoming calls come in they show name on screeen, however when texts come in they do not show the name or number. It comes up as no number available, when I request the text message to be read. It always came up a number or name before?
I found something on google that might help: try adding "+1" prefix to phone numbers in your contact list, if they're not added already.
Another thing you can try is to completely un-pair your phone from uconnect and pair them again.
