My daughter has lost her phone and we cannot find it. How do we cancel our account. We hadn't created a self serve account and tried doing so since the phone was lost but it needs to text us a 6 digit code which we can't receive ...since the phone is lost....I tried going into Walmart where we purchased the phone and set up the account but they said everything must be done online.

You would need the receipt from Walmart it should the IMEI and other particulars.. and you need to contact the Moderators via this link.
