Bonjour,

l'activation de ma carte Sim est bloquée,je n'ai pas accès à mon Compte Public Mobil

I had an idea of what was going on here but cant read french....not sure how you translate on this site...something else to learn. Anyhow....wait a full hour between attempts and always clear your browser and use secret/incognito mode.  Une heure minimum!

je suis arrivée à ce niveau :

Ayez en main votre carte de crédit. Nous acceptons les cartes de crédit suivantes si elles sont enregistrées à une adresse canadienne : VISA, MasterCard et American Express. Nous acceptons aussi les cartes Visa Débit et les bons de paiement Public Mobile.

et je n'ai pas pu utiliser le bon de paiement.

Je n'arrive pas à entrer dans le compte créer.
