@tawni45lynn You can dial your voicemail from another phone and  unconditionally forward it to another number. See here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/How-To-Use-Your-Phone-and-Plan-Feature...

However, in this case since your phone is stolen. Do as @darlicious recommends.

Unfortunately, call forward must be done on a working phone with PM SIM card inserted.

Orly?! I'm not sure that's true. I don't see that in those instructions. Call forwarding is done from the device as far as I know.

@tawni45lynn  Log into your account and report your phone lost by enabling the lost stolen feature. You can always briefly unsuspend it to call it briefly to see if it is recovered by an honest individual or text it from another phone leaving a message offering a reward for its safe return. Then suspend the service again. Unless you have very secure settings a call to your financial instition and credit cards warning of your loss and temporarily  putting a hold on credit cards and online banking etc.... to ensure any fraudulent activity will be stopped while you set up a new SIM card and phone and you can take the appropriate measures to secure your finances.

You can also goto an authorized public mobile dealer to help with your replacement sim purchase.

Like others have said, you will only have to pay for the new sim card and you can transfer your phone number/minutes to your new SIM.  Of course, you need a phone still.

Call in to where?

All you need is an unlocked compatible phone and a new SIM. Then go into your self-serve and Change SIM and Resume service and you're away. Same account, same phone number.

No there's no remote way to call forward your number.

Edit: jeez...I just refreshed...ninja'd

You could suspend your account.  Once you buy a new sim then change it in your account and unsuspend your account.

@tawni45lynn if phone is lost or stolen, delete your credit card from your autopay account in self-service immediately. Then, suspend account, get new sim, and transfer old number to that sim.
