I'm trying to activate my sim on https://activate.publicmobile.ca/

The website won't load. It's a blank page. I've tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, and Edge, both in normal browsing mode and regular. I've even tried using a VPN. It's not working. How can I activate my sim?

I hope you were not planning on porting your number over to this service.  If you want to do that, you need to keep the old service active.

yes.. still down.. 

 

in terms of if this is normal or not, honest.. I don't see this site down a lot. and many sites have the same outage occasionally, not just PM.  But the phone service itself is solid.. as good as Telus 🙂

@chadmilbrandt I save way more money than the occasional glitch (which let's be honest, happens everywhere online) causes a waste of my time. If you are concerned, you haven't switched yet....

@chadmilbrandt It appears to be down. Give it an hour and try again. I haven't seen these sorts of outages go on too long. Welcome to PM.
