@Errolmal

go sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account, Payment History...

Public Mobile does not provide monthly (30 days) official bill. If you require it you have to ask CSA for one.

It will be nice to have this kind of bill as other 30-days companies do generate and provide as pdf file.

You can see your Transaction history on line logging in your account. Only 6 months are available and only 15 lines are available per screen so you would have to go page by page.

IF you have not registered for a Self Serve account yet, you can do that here:

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

Then navigate to 'View Payment History'

This is not a statement of your phone bill, but includes all transactions.

NOTE: taxes do not show here, but taxes are charged on top these items; so that will be reflected on the credit card statement or when paying with vouchers.

If you need an official invoice, you'll need to contact CS. Send them a private message via:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

You can read this thread for a member's experience doing the request:

Request a Receipt for your Account Charges from Pu... - Community (publicmobile.ca)
