change phone number

its been 3 weeks im trying to change my phone number and the message i receive its always the same: phone number change failed...my account is active...please help me...

Have you changed your number in the last 30days?

 

You're only allowed one change per 30 days

You can only change your number once per 30 day term.

Perhaps try a different browser or clear cache or use incognito/privacy mode.

Sounds like you need to contact a moderator to help you out.

You can only change phone number once per 30 days.

But you can port a number to PM without the 30 days limitation.

I had port two numbers to the same PM account with 2 weeks in between.

There are 2 ways you can change your new

1) either get a new number which you can do once every 30 days

 

2) transfer your old number for which you would have to send a private message to the moderator

Generally, customers do not need to contact moderators to port in a phone number, a number coming from a prepaid Koodo account being the main exception.
