I created a temporary account using an older (an now invalid email acount). I no longer need the phone plan but I cannot access my account to cancel it. What do I do?

Then you'll have to have moderator assistance. Click the ? in lower right side of screen to start process of moderator help.

When was your last missed payment date?
Your account will be suspended if your miss a payment.
90 days after suspension, your account will be canceled.

@JD5 is there a credit card tied to your account? If not just let it be and in 90 days after no payment it will close by itself! If there is a credit card on the account you can message the moderator team and they'll help you
