cannot log into account

Hi all you community folks, i am not able to sign into my account neither my password or email is recignized but i was able to sign up for the community with my email. please help!!!!

Hi @ABBY_LAP,  There is a password reset option, but it rarely works.  To reset access to the self serve portal send a private message to the moderator team.  Include your account# or phone number, and your account PIN (if knonwn).
