@mike20Have you ever have a selfserve account before? If you activated at a store chances are you will need to setup a selfserve account. If you are certain you have a selfserve account you can try resetting your password via this link https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

 

Alternatively you can do some of the tasks like paying via vouchers / credit card on file if you use *611 on your phone.
