can´t sign into my account!!!

i can´t sign into my account, my mail is not recognized. i recently received my sim card for free in the airport, and now i m hopping to continue using the service, but i can´t do it.

Did you get a text with your account PIN and security code needednto create self serve account? Does the service work?

Did they activate the sim at the airport? If so, you may still have to create your self serve account.
