can't call or receive calls

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

My plan was just suspended as I did not top up in time. Upon topping up and reactivating my account, which I have done many times before without a problem, every number I try it says " sorry we can not place your call, you do not have an account long distance add on ....". I have the $30 Canada wide plan and am only calling within Canada. Texts are also not working.

Data is working.

Try restarting your phone.

@tonyheath8585Try turning Airplane mode on, wait 30 seconds, turn it off and restart your phone. Next, try going into your account, report your phone as lost/stole, log out, wait 5 minutes, log in and report it found.
