If you're reluctant to post the info that I've requested, then follow advise from @geopublic . Please be patient as response times can be 24hrs to 72hrs before the moderator can get back to you...usually much less though.

@mahmoud  if the dates are the same then that is a problem. Because Public's plans are 30 days it's possible that you can have two separate renewals in the same month. If that's not the case then:

Log into My Account. You should click on View Payment History. Take a screen shot of that to see the recent payments and we can try to explain it to you. See if you actually paid more than you should have.
