Yet to receive my sim card

Hi,

I purchased sim card on June 16,today is 26th,I'm yet to receive it. I was told it will take 3-7 business day.

How do I confirm when I will receive the sim card.

@Olayinka8  the average time seems to be around 3 weeks. I would wait until next Friday and if it isn't there yet. Then contact the moderators and ask them about it. Send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work. 

Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.

@Olayinka8  Due to the pandemic that 3-7 day estimate goes out the window. if your in a rush find a retail location in your area that sells them and pick one up.

Go to canadapost.ca and track using your order number. It will search for a reference number and show tracking.

Hi - I am a new member and I think mine took about 2 weeks to arrive.  Canada Post has been very busy with everything going on, but once it arrived everything went smoothly during activation - Welcome aboard!
