Wrong email

I'm new here and I signed in accidentally with a wrong email! How can I change the email and correct it? Please help 😊

It depends on which account you want to change your email address.

For your self serve account, you need to contact a moderator on the SIMon chat and ask to contact a moderator but they will need your 4 digit PIN# for the moderator to help you.

For this Community, tap on your aviator and go to setting to change your email address.

If you need to change your email address for your self service account, you will need to contact moderator.  Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website.  Type:  change self service email.  Follow prompts to submit ticket for moderator help.

@Daniel2021 do you meant you want to change email address used?

1. If it is changing email address used here (Community), you can click on your Avatar on top select My Settings and you can change it there.

2. If it is changing email address used in Self-Serve, you have to open a ticket with Mod to get them to change for you.
