Wrong due day notice

I received a message mentioning my due day is 2Jan2020 while my real due day is 22 jan2020. What should I do?

I believe I had 5 notices throughout my last 30 day term advising my renewal was soon. I just ignored as a glitch since the first one came two days after I renewed. But, I haven't been seeing an associated date for the renewal, just "soon" was mentioned.

I have gathered some threads from today reporting this issue and it has been notified to the team for an investigation. I believe this has happened before, the renewal date you see in the account is the correct date.

Easy...ignore the message. It's a common error today. Lots of complaints like yours today. Just ignore message.
