Why don’t I receive emails when I sign up?

I signed up, long ago, but have never received an email. 

Today I tried 2 emails. It would not allow me to submit and an exclamation mark shows. 

Any suggestions?

I signed up for that when it first came out. Never got a thing.

I'm here often enough not to care.

I get the same useless, meaningless little exclamation. Yet another broken thing. I think Telus has closed the door and turned out the lights and have left the place to run into the ground. 🙂
