Why does the store (https://store.publicmobile.ca/account/login) not accept my email/pass

I can log into my account, but when I go to order a replacement SIM it wants me to log in again https://store.publicmobile.ca/account/login but it doesn't recognize my email address for even a password recovery.

As discussed via private message previously, you do not need to be logging in to purchase a sim card. You can go to https://public-mobile.myshopify.com/cart/add?id=5876039041 and proceed from there.

Not sure the login to purchase a SIM card has ever worked.

 

If login fails, just proceed to checkout.

Enter your email, shipping info, and billing info and you should receive your order within a few days.


Another option is to order the SIM card off Amazon. You can find it for $6.99
