Who should I contact to get monthly statement of my bill?

Could anyone help with an e-statement of my monthly cellphone bill, including my name, cellphone number, payment amount, address, etc.. online or via email.

Thank you, I've got connected with a moderator and now waiting for my invoice via email.

Could take 30 days to receive the invoice though.

The only way to do this is by contacting a moderator by clicking?, bottom right, and following instructions.

Sending pivate message to moderator team without the ticket number on the subject is fine as your need is not urgent.  Without the ticket number, your response time will be longer.  But it is easier than using SIMon for the first time.

Monthly statement is not available on self-serve portal.  

 

Create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page to ask moderator to generate statement for you.  Unfortunately, you need to request it every month.
Keep asking SIMon to "contact human" for one or more times. SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.
Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.

Include the following information in your request:

First name:
Last name:
Street address:
Suite/Apartment (if applicable):
City:
Province:
Postal Code:
Customer phone number:
Account #
Email address (if possible):
Requested Month / Period:
Amount paid:
