I just activated my line a few hours ago (I got assigned a new number) and am now trying to port my number from Freedom using online self-service. After I enter my phone number in the "change my number" screen, I get a generic error message saying:
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.
Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page.
I've tried using Chrome and Firefox on PC.
Is anyone else having this issue?
@Akurio Public doesn't know your Freedom account status. Try again later. Use the Freedom account number, leave PIN and IMEI blank.
Any luck today? It could be a website error; I was getting that same message yesterday when I tried to view my account info, but it's working now. Hope it's working for you too!
