The live chat is not staffed by Public Mobile moderators. The people behind the live chat are corporately emlployed Public Mobile store staff, but since they are not moderators, they cannot help with any other issues other than with activation.

@445935293 yes as far as I know this is set up for new users that are just signing up for Public Mobile. If you are new and need help setting things up go to the live chat.

Not a bad idea @445935293 but the online chat is temporary and only for help with activations until things return to normal.   A HEALTHY SHOUT OUT TO YOU. Stay safe.

There is no chat with the manager team

We can only send messages (not chat,) to customer service

There is also a temporary access to store personnel to assist with activation, but they can't help with your account, they don't have tools for it.

What kind of help do you need? Maybe community can assist
