Unable to log into my account

I created an account last week, but was unable to complete activation, as I needed a Public Mobile SIM number.  I now have that, but am unable to get into my account to complete activation of my phone.

It says my email address is no longer valid...and I need to enter a different email address.

When ordering a sim card, there is no need to create any type of account. I know that there's an option to create some type of account, but that is only for sim card ordering. That account is not related to the Public Mobile self serve system, nor is it temporary.  That account creation step for online ordering of sim cards can be completely skipped.  To my knowledge, all that online ordering account does is save your address for next time.

Here's 4 articles on activation and porting and the Refer a friend reward  if you need them:

1. What you require to activate https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/what-you-need-to-activate
2.How to activate https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/activation-account-set-up
3.How to port https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/choose-your-phone-number
4. Refer a friend https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/the-refer-a-friend-reward

As mentioned there is no way to create a self serve account if you have not activated a sim card.

Don't forget to use a referral code for a $10 sign up bonus.

There is no way to create a self serve account without first completing activation. Check if the service actually works by inserting your sim card into a compatbile phone.
