US texts and calls not working

Hello,

I am currently vacationing in the US for a week, and my plan (which includes unlimited international texting and unlimited calls to US and Canada isn’t working here). Does it not work when I’m in the US? Is it only when I’m making the calls and texts from Canada?

@AudreyL  The plan would only include calls from within Canada to the US or Canada, to make calls from the US you will need to purchase an addon.

When you purchase an addon you need to make sure you have enough funds in your account to cover the cost or it won't go through. Only purchase 1 at a time or you can trigger a bug which causes none of them to work.
