How do I request a refund or credit to my account? US data and roaming did not work the entire week I was in Montana it worked previously on my trip to Arizona so I know how to purchase it and add it properly. I rebooted and continued to try and troubleshoot the entire week and now I’m back in Canada and all is good except I’d like my money refunded for service not provided/ not rendered. Thank you

Rather than request a refund, you should ask to have those $$ added to your Available Funds for your next plan renewal. I've heard that refunds can take several weeks to process.

You will have to message a moderator. Not sure that PM ever actually refunds, but the only way to pursue it is through the mods.
