Trouble porting number from Freedom to Public

I input the wrong account number to port my number and now i am stuck. Freedom has already cancelled the port, but when i try to plug my number in the public mobile port section it gives me an error stating the number cannot be ported. 

 

Please help.

I would suggest you contact a PM moderator by clicking on SIMon chat bubble and ask to contact a moderator. They should help you with your issue.

@TJJohnston Maybe after a few hours wait it will allow you to enter the Freedom account number again.

EDIT: sorry, i think you may have activated after thinking about that....So you were charged for the Public Mobile SIM activation?

Then yes, follow @mimmo advice about contacting the Moderators to have them reintiate the port with Freedom: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/contact-a-moderator

HI @TJJohnston you should create a ticket to the moderators using SIMon the chat bot bottom right corner).  type failed port and then follow the prompts to submit a ticket.
