Tried activating a sim, but there was an error and now the sim will not activate

Hey guys,

 

 

I activated a sim, and the portal had an error and now my sim card is not valid, but my account was not created.

 

What can I do abut this?

And enter your SIM  card with no spaces at the start, within, or at the end and triple check your entry.

@customer2 off your credit card was charged, try installing the SIM to see if you have any service

@customer2 Clear your cache and cookies first. Wait for an hour and try again using incognito mode for your browser.

@customer2 , you will need to wait about an hour for the session lock to clear to retry the activation.  As already mentioned, confirm that your payment card has not been charged already on the first attempt.

Check to make sure your credit card was not charged.  Try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Clear your cache and cookies then reboot.
