I sent private message to Tiana_V, how long does it usually take for them to respond?

Given the time that's passed, I'm guessing the OP got a reply from the Mod team, and got the issue squared away..... 🤔 

@lorrshea2010  did you port your number over from another provider?  Is it stuck? Are you not receiving calls or texts? If this is the case? How long did you attempt it and from which provider and what type of account ? Ie prepaid or postpaid? Thanks.

@CannonFodder  I've found moderators responding (most of the time) within 2 hours or less.  Only when there has been a widespread system glitch has the response time taken upto 24 hours.  However, others have reported having to wait upto 2 days or more in the past, although not so much recently.

You want to port your number over from another provider? Which provider ?

 

You're able.to do all that online yourself. Did you activate a sim card?

 

If so you can go into your account and click change number..Screenshot_20191223_210328.jpg

Then port your number unless it's Koodo prepaid and that you would have to contact moderators for.

What problem have you encountered with transferring your number?  You first option is to contact moderators via SIMon here:  https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/

 

Hearing back from moderators usually can take anywhere from one to 24 hours, or longer if there is a lot of issues at any given moment.

Best to send a ticket to @CS_Agent . Moderators are available:

Monday-Friday: 8AM- 12AM EST; Saturday & Sunday: 8AM-10PM EST

 

To contact a moderator, create a support ticket:
Explain your issue to SIMON, seen below:
