Hi,
Transferred to Public Mobile from Virgin Mobile today. Everything went exceptionally well using Self-Serve. My chosen plan reflects 1.5 Gig of available data. My understanding is that there is a promotion of 3 Gigs of "bonus" data currently available for Virgin Mobile transferees. My question is.... when will these bonus gigs of data be relected in my account which currently shows as 1.5 Gigs of data available and not 4.5 Gigs?
Appreciate one of the moderators providing me feedback on this.
Looking to transfer my wife's cellphone service to Public Mobile as well once I've used Public for a few days with no issues.

Thanks for letting me know...
After I posted my question I went back and re-read the promo material and read what you are saying..
"Please note it may take up to 7 business days for bonus data to be applied. This offer is subject to change without notice".
Appreciate you taking the time to respond to my question and oversight.

The promo says it could be up to 7 days to show up.
