How long does it normally take after a ticket is sent for a moderator to respond?

usually an hour or two. keep checking your inbox

 

(their official word is within 48 hours,  but most time it is quick)

It’s been 48 hours, I’d like my number switched from Telus to Public..

Being the week-end, I think it takes a bit longer for Moderators.

@Lamchute  If you've already requested a transfer, call the Porting Team at 1-844-232-7678 to re-authourize your number transfer.

Always check your private message SENT box to determine whether you had created a ticket.  If not, create another ticket right away.  Otherwise, you will be waiting forever without reaching a moderator.
