Always check your private message SENT box to determine whether you had created a ticket. If not, create another ticket right away. Otherwise, you will be waiting forever without reaching a moderator.

Being the week-end, I think it takes a bit longer for Moderators.

All you can do is be patient. You can always submit another ticket just in case. Make sure to put port request in the subject.

usually an hour or two. keep checking your inbox
(their official word is within 48 hours, but most time it is quick)
