I signed up with Public Mobile yesterday. When I got home and tried to make a call the phone did not work. Call the person who installed my sim and connected me with the service. He said it is because my payment has not hit my account. Shows a zero balance. So he topped it up and I checked and it worked last night.
Come to today. I tried to make a call and the message I got was that TALK is not part of your plan, well, yes it is.. So what's wrong?

@Renegade98 Login to self-service account and make sure that your status is Active. Then, restart your phone and when trying to call someone, add +1 in front of the area code of the number you are calling. If same mistake happens again, then wait for assistance from moderators.
@Renegade98 while you wait for moderator response. Try these tricks to reset your service. You could try in order:
1.Restarting your phone. Turn it off, remove the SIM card, reinsert it, wait 5 minutes and restart it.
2.Putting your phone on aeroplane mode for 5 minutes. Take it off and restart.
3.From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5 minutes, log in and take it off. Log out and restart your phone.
