Still not receiving incoming texts!

I have never been able to recieve text?

Account reset and phone power cycled.

Can you try a different SIM card?

Was not  a port.  The account is from pril of last year.

Yes  Mod reset but still no incoming texts!

You may have an incomplete port, did you recently port your number from another provider?
