Hello @Mary_M, @Caroline_D,

 

I tried activating a new simcard with creditcard (VISA), non recurring and new number and I got the following:

 

- Sorry, your account activation request has failed. Please visit our online community at href="https://publicmobile.ca/community" Target="_blank">publicmobile.ca/community for assistance.

 

When I tried to login to My Account - and I can't even though I received an email with the information of the plan and amount paid.

 

When insert the Sim card I have no service. I need this running today please.

 

Email used on the account is the same I'm registered for the forum account.

it will. but you will have to be patient. the only way to lower the cost for PM is to save the costs on physical support centres and hiring more people. The service is by far the best you will ever get for this price. Choice is always yours, but in my opinion PM is better than lot of other providers if not in service than in price and this combo is hard to find with this level of wireless service.

None of this answers my question. I will just call my credit card and ask them for a refund on this piece of crap. I will trash the simcard and will buy from an operator that actually has a real customer service that solve my problem on the spot. Didn't pick this because of price but because they offered 4G Data on Prepaid but it doesn't matter when I can't use their service.
