Simcard invalid

Hello, 

I purchased a public mobile sim card and when I tried to register it on the site it says the sim is invalid. I checked 4 times and it is typed correctly. It might have to do with registering my sim on the site and half way processing my internet disconnected.

I too am getting an "Invalid SIM number"... but it's typed correctly.  Checked it numerous times. My internet is working fine.  Does anyone have any other solutions?  I'm trying to activate my phone... 😞

yeah you guessed it. the sim number is in the systems memory.  wait several hours and it should  work again.

@hfeng084, sometimes waiting an hour or so, clearing the browser cache and trying again might work.  Check your credit card to make sure it hadn't been charged assuming the activation process went as far as attempting payment.
