Sim cards are not working :(

I work for a retailer and some of the sim cards we have ordered aren't working.

Ex)

-Some sim cards are not readable (Tested on multiple unlocked phones)

-When going through activation, it won't detect the sim card #. Or it would say "Invalid sim card"

Is there a way to refund these cards or return for a replacement?

This is the Community for subscriber support. You're not a subscribing customer. I should think there would be channels for you as a retailer to go through to do something about possibly bad SIM's.

The retailer is solely responsible for this issue and they have to rectify it. Some members may know of this issue. Hope they weren't affected.

That would be an inquiry for your boss or purchaser. Is it a listed retailer? Or is your retailer just buying SIM's and doing online activations for folks? If listed then I should think they'd have the proper channels to ask this.

I'm not sure if a moderator can help a retailer but you could try submitting a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottorm right.
