if not new and you already have an account and needed a new sim card. Don't activate the card. Log into account and click "change sim card"

If you ordered online from Public Mobile then it's an easy misunderstanding. The "account" you created to make the purchase has no bearing on the use of the SIM itself.

As above...

@Pinky82  If you're new. You have to follow @JoyLuck  link to activate the sim card, pick your plan and pay for your 30 days of service.

Don't forget to use a referral code for a $10 signup bonus credited to your account within 72 hours of activation.

Welcome to Public Mobile 🙂

Are you a new customer wanting to activate or do you already have active Public Mobile and want to replace a lost SIM card?

You need to activate your SIM card first. https://activate.publicmobile.ca/

If you do not feel comfortable doing  this wait until tomorrow to use the live chat for activations.
