I was activating my Public mobile sim card in the payment stage, when i realized i miss entered my address so i clicked previous till i got to the place where i need to change and that happened to be where i entered the sim number in the first place, after I corrected everything i tried to proceed by clicking process and the page now says the sim number to be Invalid. what do i do, please help.
Did you go through the payment process?
If yes we're you charged? If you were charged put sim in and see if anything works. Then manually register your account at link below.
If you were not charged. System locks sim for 50 minutes as a security precaution. Wait one hour, clear internet cookie / history cache. Open a new browser in incongnito mode and try to activate again.

@Soulr3ap3r123 check to see if your credit card was charged. If it was insert the sim into your phone and try to log into your self service account. If it wasn't, wait 1 hour from last attempt, clear your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your sim card. Welcome to PM. Stay safe.

PM server does not handle going back a page very well. Every time your go back a page, you need to close your browser and restart again to ensure a new session state to do the activation again.
If you get a invalid SIM error, wait an hour before activating your plan again.
