I made a video to show an on-screen problem I have encountered. If I attempt to upload the video using a valid URL an error message appears after I hit the Preview button:
Please enter a valid video URL. For example, a YouTube video URL might look like 'https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abc123', where 'abc123' is the ID of a YouTube video.
I've tested the URL and it plays the video.
Try http://users.eastlink.ca/~murdoch/VID_20190824_170826.mp4
What am I doing incorrectly and how can I include my video in my feedback other than placing it on YouTube?
Thanks.

The video is larger than 15Mb. Its 47Mb.
As you see, there is a distinct possibility video upload does not currently work.
Thanks for the suggestion and information on where to report Simon's misbehaviour.

@davidjmurdochHow big is your video? Are you trying to upload to lithium? If so, have you tried a file that is under the size of 15Mb?
Looks like Public Mobile had disabled the video embed function in Lithium. What if you just paste your youtube URL?
BTW Public Mobile doesn't do any coding in their support products.. I think if you would want report the bug you encounter to ada.support (the producer or the "Simon" bot) rather than Public Mobile.

@davidjmurdoch My understanding is that you currently cannot upload video. The current system only allows photos to be uploaded. As for the problem in the video the PM website is very finicky and there are different issues with different browsers running on different platforms. Rule of thumb is enable javascript and cookies, clear your cache and run you browser in privacy mode for best results.
