Second month free

I initiated Public Mobile Service on Monday and cannot get the system to provide the second month free that is a promotion. My phone number is 403xxxxxxx and my e mail is xxxxxxxxx. Please investigate.

The 2nd month credit usually will be credited within 30 days. Before your next renewal. 

Here are the terms and conditions

1. Eligible customers will be credited the 30-day rate plan amount within 30 business days of activating. These credits will count towards your next plan renewal.
