I initiated Public Mobile Service on Monday and cannot get the system to provide the second month free that is a promotion. My phone number is 403xxxxxxx and my e mail is xxxxxxxxx. Please investigate.

The 2nd month credit usually will be credited within 30 days. Before your next renewal.
