SIM card order

Hi guys, I am not sure what should I do. I have ordered SIM card since 18th May, it has been 12 days and I still haven receive anything yet...

Sim card should have arrived by now.  Did you order from Public mobile?

 

You could track via Canada post.

  1. Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator.  Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

Nope, I checked my mailbox every single day but nothing inside. I have tried track on Canada post but it keeps saying invalid postal code / or unavailable. 😞

Yes i order from public mobile website.

@euweiy hi unfortunately it doesn't always work especially lately their tracking is not the best I would just contact the moderators

@euweiy check the little envelope top right corner for their reply it could be between 2 to 48 hours for a response good luck
