Hello,

I paid $20 for roaming talk/text/data on the September 6th but never received the services. I just now paid $25 for roaming talk/text/250 data and the service is now working. How do I get reimbursed the $20 to my credit card? My credit card information shows I have been charged the $20.

Submit a ticket to a moderator by asking Simon.  Click on the question mark on the bottom right.

@Drew2  You would need to contact PM directly and ask for a credit. 

To contact Public Mobile click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Moderators are available: M-F from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time and S-S from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.
