I got to the very end of registering a SIM card, had already created an account, it was at the payment stage. The internet cut out at that time and the process didn’t finish. My credit card was billed but I can’t login to the account I created, the SIM card does not work in the phone and when I try to start the process over again it states the SIM card is invalid.

If the payment went thru then you have activated the sim card but your account did not get created properly thus your sim card did not provision to your account. Type in "sim card not provisioned upon activation" and "human" and follow the prompts to submit your ticket via Simple--Simon. Keep an eye on the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. You may still get a reply tonight if not in the next hour then expect one first thing in the morning.

Are you porting your old number from another carrier or are you pick a new phone number?

Since your CC was charged then the PM SIM was activated.

So contact CS Agent to help you open your Self Serve account to review and make any changes.

Try:

 

  • rebooting device
  • resetting network connections
  • toggling airplane mode on/off
  • power down device, remove SIM from phone, power up device, reinsert the SIM card

can you try to close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try it for a different Browser and open incognito mode,

and use a Browser from your computer,is better

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

a 1 minute and put it back on,to refreshing your network,

@Harbers  Your credit card was credited, it's likely your account was setup and SIM was provisioned.

 

Wait 10 mins, try to put your SIM in a phone again and see how it goes.  You might want to try on a 2nd phone just in case.

 

If it still fail, I think you should open a ticket with PM firs to confirm

Since you cannot logon to My Account, maybe you need to use direct message to get a hold of PM support instead of chatbot:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Try using a different web browser, clear your cache files and use incognito mode.

If all else fails...try again in 60 mins.
