Recharge not successful

I recharged for $40cad-4gb data on 04sep19, however its still not activated.

While dialing customer care, its saying your plan expired on 01sep19. it also says that your coupon code is expired or invalid.

I also got a message that it is now recahrge. but its not.

 

 

Kindly help in this as its already been very long, and we are chasing with the recharge shop and they said, we did everything we could, thats why now i am asking for help here.

 

Please recharge my account.

still wondering if i can get help with this as its almost 3 days since no data/talk plan after even recharging.

When you activate, you may have to make a $1 payment so if you have a credit card, on file you might want to pick up a small voucher as well. Recharge.com has a $5 one for $5.69.

@shashipal  Login into your selfserve account and click on the reactivate button and restart your phone.
