Hi, thank you, but all this computers,vocabulary is like black magicked , I completely lost, I even get to that meditorater, look like my grandkids no gone call me, they don't call anyway, I serious I need help , I'm clicking like dummy - I

@barbee55 I think you were transferring a number and the symptoms mentioned in the thread result when this fails. So, click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation; including the carrier, phone number, account number. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:00PM (ET).

You have posted to an old thread. In future you will have more assurance of help by creating your own topic on the forum  (which I have done for you today), or sending a private message directly to the moderators.

Try your old SIM; it may still be working.
