Here is an older thread about porting from PetroCanada. However, the activation portal recently changed.
From my understanding, there is no account numbers for Petro Canada and Speakout plans.
You will still likely need moderator help, but you might want to get the above information from your PetroCanada account.
Here is another recent thread:

Ok, thank you for the response. I transferred other family members to fizz (from Petro Canada) and the process was a lot smoother. I'll wait until Monday

@eedurand Mod usually reply in around 2 hours (although it can take as long as 48 hours). It is a bit late tonight now, I suggest you wait till at least tomorrow morning to try contacting Mod. In fact, if you are in no rush, you might even want to wait till Monday as PM systems seems to be a bit unstable last 2 days.
Yes, contacting Mod is not the easiest but this is why PM is a bit cheaper compare with the Tier2 and Tier1 service. Also, after you set it up, you have your Autopay setup, you don't need need to Mod that much. The service is pretty stable.

how long does it take for a moderator to actually start and perform this task? Chatting with SIMon was a waste of time and I am seriously considering cutting my loses by throwing the SIM card in the garbage. I don't want to have two accounts and be in limbo waiting for a moderator to perform an action.

@eedurand If I remember correctly, Petro-Canada is not a choice on the Activation portal for porting. In this case, you have to activate first with a temp number. Then open a ticket with Mod for transfer.
Once you have your account activated, you can open a ticket with mod with this direct link:

Make sure you DO NOT cancel Petro-canada account and do not throw away your Petro-Canada SIM. You need to have the Petro-Can SIM on a phone to receive a SIM from them confirming you are porting, and you need to reply YES for the porting to go through
