please i'm unable to porting my number when i try to do it from my account gives me errors 

We were unable to transfer the phone number you entered. Try one of the following options:
-  Make sure you entered your number correctly.
-  Select a new number.
-  Contact the Public Mobile Community for further assistance.

user name  -----------------------xxxxxxxx@xxxx.com

Please do not post your infromation here.  It is viewable to anyone with an internet connection.  If someone wanted to, that person could have just transfered your phone number to any carrier as a prank or to be a nuisance to you.
