I understand that but that's not the customers job, what kind of service is this? 

 

Public mobile should figure out what's going on, who can I contact exactly that actually works for Pm

@Maxmaxmaxmax08  SUbmit a ticket and include your order number and the moderator team will refund the cost of the card.

You're not wrong about that, but it's far more efficient for Public Mobile to just take your word that the sim card was never received than to spend possibly hours to locate your sim card and to open a package tracking trace with Canada Post. Usually, the solution would be to send you another sim card, but I realize that you no longer need one.  It may be easier to convince Public Mobile to process a $10 account balance credit than a refund for the sim card that didn't arrive.
